Free, tracked, to every country in the European Union.
Your order ships within two to five working days. From there it takes ten to twenty-two days to reach you, depending on where in Europe you are. That is slower than we would like, and we would rather tell you now than on day eleven. When it gets faster, this page will say so.
The tracking link arrives by email once your order ships. If thirty days pass from your order and you have nothing, write to us and we will find it.
Nothing to pay at the door. VAT and import charges are in the price you see.
Until the parcel is in your hands, it is ours to worry about. If it goes missing or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund you in full. Keep the box until we have spoken.
Check the address at checkout. Once a parcel has left, it cannot be redirected. If it comes back because the address was wrong, or it was refused or not collected, we will write to you and send it again at the cost of the new shipment.
